CARE Insurance Brokers was a 30-year-old, well-established insurance broking firm based in Dubai. As part of a strategic expansion into the Middle East, Burns & Wilcox (UK)—backed by the Kauffman Group (USA)—acquired CARE Insurance Brokers to establish a strong regional presence.
