OEM Development of TourMine™ Intelligent Tourism Platform
Under Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Coforge, Triway Technologies designed and developed TourMine™, a next-generation intelligent tourism data platform. The OEM product was delivered with 6 core modules including Customer Journey Server, CRM Engine, Fleet Management, Asset Lifecycle, Services Desk, and iOS/Android mobile applications, demonstrating Triway's transition from services provider to product company.

Client Background
As part of its long-term, strategic engagement framework under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Coforge, Triway Technologies embarked on the design and development of TourMine™, a next-generation, intelligent tourism platform. This initiative reflects Triway's ability to move beyond services delivery into product engineering, leveraging trusted enterprise partnerships and structured OEM development models. The tourism ecosystem generates millions of fragmented data points across customer journeys, assets and infrastructure, fleet operations, services and support desks, and mobile user interactions.

Adopted OEM product development model under Triway ownership. Engaged Sphere IT Consultants DWC LLC as outsourced development partner while retaining full ownership of product vision, scope, and architecture. Formal SOW signed on 01 September 2023.
